Who we are
This site is run by Software Factory, based in Tunisia. We set up AI software factories inside the tools engineering teams already use.

What the forms collect
The setup form asks for your work email, your company or website, the tools you currently use (optional) and a short description of your main bottleneck. We use this to reply to you with questions about your repository and tools, and to prepare a quote if you ask for one.
The free starter form and the checklist form ask for your email address. We use it to send you the file and to reply if you have questions.
Each form also sends a few hidden routing fields: which form you used, the page you were on, the button that opened the form, and an identifier for this site. These tell us where a message came from. They do not identify you.
Each form includes a hidden field named "website" that people never see. Automated scripts tend to fill it. If it is filled, the submission is discarded and nothing is stored.
When a message arrives, our server records the time it was received and your browser's user agent string, which describes your browser and operating system. We use this to tell genuine messages from automated ones.
Where your message goes
The site does not keep a database. When you submit a form, the server checks the fields and sends the message as an email to the address above, which is a Google Gmail inbox. The person handling enquiries reads it there and replies to you directly. Google's handling of email is covered by its own privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for 12 months after our last exchange with you, then delete it. You can ask for it to be deleted sooner at any time. If we start a setup engagement with you, the information moves into the written agreement for that work and is kept for as long as that agreement says.
The law does not set a fixed period for enquiries; it asks us to keep data no longer than we need it and to say how long that is. Twelve months covers the usual gap between a first question and a decision to start.
Accounts, cookies and analytics
You cannot create an account on this site, and we do not ask you to sign in.
The site itself sets no cookies. Pages are served as static files and the forms post directly to our server.
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are read and which buttons are used, but only if you accept it. A bar at the bottom of the page asks you the first time you visit, and Customise lets you switch each category on or off and see every cookie. If you decline, nothing from Google loads and no analytics cookie is set. Your choice is remembered in your browser for six months, and you can change it at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer or at the bottom of this page.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by our property id. They hold a random identifier for your browser, not your name, and last up to two years. We switch on IP address anonymisation. Google describes how it handles this data in its privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
When you click a call to action or submit a form, the page pushes a small event into a data layer in your browser. The event holds the event name, the path of the page, the section of the page, and the name of the form. It holds no personal data. If you have accepted analytics, these events are also sent to Google Analytics so we can see which parts of the site lead to a request.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] from the address you used on the form, and we will act on it and confirm by reply.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Links to other sites
This site links to Anthropic and GitHub for their pricing and terms, and to other third-party pages where they are useful. Those sites have their own privacy policies and terms. We do not control them, and this policy does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page. If a change affects what we collect or where it goes, we describe the change on this page.
