Get your software factory set up

Tell us where the work gets stuck. We reply with a short set of questions, then a fixed quote after a 30-minute call. No per-seat fee.

What happens next

  1. 01

We reply within two working days

With a few questions about your repository, your ticketing tool and your tests. Short answers are fine.

  2. 02

    A 30-minute call

We walk through your bottleneck and the workflow we would start with. If it is not a fit yet, we say so.

  3. 03

    A fixed quote

One price for the setup of one repository and one workflow. Running costs go to the providers, not to us.

Questions before you get in touch

What happens after I send the form?

We reply within two working days, by email, with a few questions about your repository, your ticketing tool and your tests. Short answers are fine. If you would rather talk first, book a 30-minute call instead. The fixed quote comes after that call, once we have seen how your work moves today.

What does the 30-minute call cover?

Thirty minutes, no slides. We ask about your repository, your tools and where work waits between ticket and merge, then walk through the workflow we would start with. If a software factory is not a fit for your team yet, we say so plainly and point you to what to fix first.

What does the fixed quote include?

One price for the setup of one repository and one workflow: connecting your tools, writing the project rules and skills, wiring tests and approval gates, and the handover with documentation and a recorded walkthrough. Running costs, meaning your AI plan or API usage and CI minutes, go to the providers, not to us.
